WHO WE ARE
At Reyou Mindfulness Collective, we help individuals, teams, and organizations navigate change, cultivate resilience, and foster emotional well-being through mindfulness-based practices, storytelling, and personal growth strategies.
We believe that resilience begins with awareness—by understanding our stress responses, conflict patterns, and emotional triggers, we create space for meaningful change that transforms conflicts and leads to better mental health and well-being.

MEET PATLEE
Reyou is owned and operated by Patlee Creary. Patlee holds a PhD in Peace & Conflict Studies from the University of Manitoba. She is a Workplace Mindfulness and MBSR Facilitator, conflict transformation specialist, writer, educator, and mother of two who helps individuals and teams navigate change, strengthen resilience, and build meaningful connections through mindfulness, storytelling, and community building.
Our work is collaborative and team-based, often including independent co-facilitators who bring their unique skills and talents to our programs. We treat everyone as part of our Collective.

Our workshops, retreats, coaching, and digital courses are designed to provide practical tools for self-awareness, stress reduction, and conflict transformation through narrative awareness and empowered communication. Unlike generic wellness programs, our workshops and retreats are designed for caregivers, professionals, and organizations facing high emotional demands.
Our clients include HR professionals, nonprofit directors, leadership teams, educators, and other professionals, as well as individuals navigating life transitions and disruptions, and busy parents and caregivers seeking flexibility, mental well-being resources, and personal growth.
