First Response Therapy is a mental health clinic, specializing in trauma. Our clinicians have specialized trainings to understand and treat trauma symptoms.

As a trauma clinic, we work from a trauma informed approach. Being trauma informed, we understand the effects trauma has on the mind and body.

Our clinicians have experience with first responders and military veterans. Although may be the majority of our case load, we continue to work with and treat civilians who have experienced trauma within their life. For example childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, domestic abuse, car accidents, etc.

In addition to trauma treatment, we also work with individuals on interpersonal growth, depression, anxiety, relationships and boundaries.

Our goal is to make your experience at therapy a positive one.

Whether it is your first time at therapy, or you’re a pro, we strive to make your experience at therapy a positive one. To achieve that, we work to have a relaxed atmosphere within the office environment, and place you look forward to going (even if the topics are difficult).
