More than a typing tool, it’s a framework for understanding the internal narratives and reactive habits that influence how people lead, relate, and respond under pressure. Knowing more about yourself isn’t just insight, it’s freedom.

Through leadership coaching, group training, and interactive workshops, leaders and teams are invited to take a deeper look at how they show up - what’s working, what’s not, and why. With the Enneagram as a framework, these sessions explore the patterns that shape communication, decision-making, and emotional responses. They also shed light on how others may be experiencing those patterns, and where there’s room for change, growth, or alignment.

Tamara Kroeker is a coach, educator, and speaker with a passion for fostering self-awareness and relational intelligence in the workplace. Specializing in the Enneagram, Tamara guides individuals and teams to understand their core motivations and improve their interpersonal dynamics. After shifting from 10+ years as an elementary music teacher, discovering the Enneagram changed everything about how she viewed leadership and her relationship to work. She now focuses on coaching professionals to enhance their personal growth and effectiveness at work. Tamara believes personal growth is organizational growth because she has seen the transformational power of self-awareness through the Enneagram first hand.
