Brookswood Bootcamp came to life in 2024 with a singular vision: to create an inclusive fitness space exclusively for the women of our Brookswood community. What started as casual conversations quickly transformed into a determined plan to make fitness truly accessible. As a dedicated womens fitness bootcamp, our mission is clear: we’re here to help women feel healthier, stronger, and more confident than ever by providing a safe and empowering training environment.
