Canadian Women in Cannabis (CWIC), founded by Donna Joannson, was established to address the unique challenges and barriers faced by women in the cannabis industry. The organization aims to support and empower women through networking, education, advocacy, and mentorship. Today with it's Board of Directors who's aim is to create a supportive network and provide resources tailored to women, CWIC aims to empower women to succeed and thrive in the evolving cannabis landscape.
