Patlee Creary
Dr. Patlee Creary is the founder and principal facilitator of Reyou Mindfulness Collective, a Black-owned, trauma-aware social enterprise based in Manitoba. She brings over 15 years of experience in adult education, leadership development, conflict transformation, and mental health advocacy, grounded in lived experience as a Black, immigrant woman navigating academic, entrepreneurial, nonprofit and community leadership spaces. ​Patlee holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies and is a certified facilitator in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), conflict resolution, and trauma-informed practice. She specializes in helping individuals and organizations build resilience, foster psychological safety, and lead with purpose—especially in high-stress, high-impact environments. ​Her work bridges mental health, equity, and leadership development. She designs and delivers culturally grounded coaching, consulting, and training for individuals, corporate teams, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, and community groups.
